Blueberry Pecan Granola

This is my all-time favorite granola recipe and guaranteed to make your house smell incredible! It’s a crowd pleaser and so easy to make, with just a few ingredients. I love pairing this granola with yogurt and berries or alone with the milk of your choosing.

Cook time: 22-24 minutes

Total time: 47-49 minutes

Ingredients:

•3 cups rolled oats

•1/2 cup canola oil/vegetable oil

•1/3 cup maple syrup

•2 tbsp chia seeds

•1 tsp vanilla extract

•1/2 tsp salt

•1/2 tsp cinnamon

•1/3 cup dried blueberries

•1/2 cup pecans

Instructions:

•Preheat oven to 350F

•Mix all ingredients together (except blueberries and pecans) until well combined. Then mix in pecans and blueberries

•Line a medium baking sheet with parchment paper

•Pour granola onto baking sheet. Using a spoon or spatula, spread granola evenly onto baking sheet

•Bake for 22-24 minutes. Turn the baking sheet (180 degrees) after 11 mins

•Let granola cool for ~20 mins, enjoy!
