These fudgey brownies are best served fresh out of the oven. They’re gooey and delicious and made with minimal added sugar! They are also gluten and dairy free.

Ingredients:
•2 large eggs
•1/3 cup coconut oil (melted)
•1/3 cup cocoa powder
•1/3 cup maple syrup
•1/4 cup brown sugar
•1 tsp vanilla extract
•1/2 cup super fine almond flour (I used King Arthur)
•1 tsp baking powder
•1/4 tsp salt
•3/4 cup enjoy life mini chocolate chips
•Optional: flakey sea salt for topping
Instructions (makes 9):
•Preheat oven to 350F
•Line 8×8 baking sheet with cooking spray or parchment paper
•In a medium/large bowl, crack the eggs and whisk
•Add coconut oil, cocoa powder, maple syrup, brown sugar and vanilla extract and whisk until well combined
•Whisk in flour, baking powder, and salt
•Mix in chocolate chips
•Pour batter into pan, spread evenly
•Bake for 33-37 mins, or until a toothpick comes out clean!
